Exercises to become a super human.

This is a book about simple exercises that you can integrate them in your everyday life so little by little, you rewire your brain so you can become more happy, and become free and become more spiritual.

Even if you do this exercises everyday, eventually, there will be times when you will feel sad or bad a lot of times. Life sometimes is going to get tough, and even if you are training and rewiring your brain to become happier, sometimes life is going to get messy, maybe you will feel depressed, maybe you will want to cry, and feel that you want to quit. What really matters, is that how persistent you are, how many times you stand up and you keep facing the challenges. No matter what, keep doing this exercises.

The Purpose of life.

The Purpose of living in this physical plane, of living in this planet that we have called earth, is evolution. As a human being, this purpose of evolution is individual; this evolution is not done by being to you by your country, by your nation, by you parents, or by your friends. This evolution it’s a journey that you have to choose to do it alone.

The Purpose of this life is to evolve to become a human being that can feel love and compassion for everything.

The Purpose is freedom, becoming free financially, break free from society and be free spiritually.

Free from the corporate model of what a society should look like. We have been lied, the corporations which have an objective to maximize profits achieve their goal by increasing sales. To increase sales, they have to brainwash you so you have to buy their products. They have sold you the idea that happiness is achieved when you accumulate and own a lot of material things. If you use this brand, you will be more accepted. Corporations have sold you the idea that using the material symbols of success is the way to happiness. The problem with this model is that you are never satisfied, because you always want more, so to have more you get into debt, and then the things that you supposedly own, they own you.

Happiness doesn’t come from accumulating lots of material things or displaying symbols of success. Pursuing this model its very expensive and requires a lot of energy. Money is energy, and if you don’t have energy right now, you can get a loan of energy and then pay it on the future plus interest. When you act like this, you accumulate a lot of debt, and debt is enslavement, you loose your liberty. Been free is the real way to happiness. Free from material possessions that get you into debt.

You came out of a source, this source is pure energy, and this source wants to evolve. As energy, you have come to the planet earth, which is like passing a grade of any school. But this school is very special, this school is very hard.

Earth is a very difficult school.

This school that all humans are living, it’s an extremely difficult school that one has to pass. It’s harder than school, university, anything that you have to study. You already know that living your life it’s the hardest thing that you have to face.

When you were a child, you studied history at school, and one subject that you saw was slavery. If you were born in the United States, you were taught about the slavery that the black people had to live. You read about all the injustices that were done onto them, how many of them didn’t have any option, any control about their lives.

Then you felt better when the American society evolved and Abraham Lincoln got his country into a civil war, the North that fought against the South, so black people could become free. The north won, and all blacks were finally free.

Analyzing slavery, what that meant, reading books about it, you probably thought “that is so stupid, so unfair, how could that exist in a civilized world.” But, the actual truth is that we humans are all slaves, and we don’t even realize, we don’t even know it, we don’t see it, and probably 99.9999999999% of the people all the people that have died didn’t know, and most certainly, 99.999999999% of all the people that are going to die won’t know it.

Human beings are slaves.

We are all slaves. Evolving to become human beings full of love and compassion it’s hard because you are out against many forces that you don’t even know that exist.

We live in a very hard world, a very unfair world.

How can you break free financially, mentally, and spiritually in a world were:

Your physical body was pre-determined by some degree by the genetics given by your parents. When you came here, you didn’t choose your parents.

Intelligence determined.

Richness

Health.

Did not choose parents, social status, body, intelligence, pre-determined illnesses, country, year to live, country, religion, culture, economic system, No control.

According to the documentary Ungrip that you can watch in youtube, the definition of an Slave is “a person who is legal property of another and forced to obey them. A person who is excessively dependent upon or controlled by something.”

You are not free if you are dependent on something, you are not free if you are controlled by something. If you have the desire to become free, you have to become independent of things that are controlling your life.

The System that is controlling you.

You went to an school, were you were taught several things, history(to know which is the enemy, which is the friend), religion, hidden curriculums, to keep you an slave giving you an illusion that you are in control, that you can choose.

You are an slave of work, you work for money, because you need money to live. If you don’t have money, you cant live. Money its like oxygen.

Few are able to break the slavery of work, and are able to accumulate enough money, so they have money working for them so they can retire. In the USA, the richest country of the world, 1% of the population can retire.

Mentally, you are an slave. You have many forms of mental slavery. Mentally, you can be an slave of you Ego. Maybe you have so many things to do during the workweek that you experience stress that you can’t sleep well because you go to sleep at night thinking about your problems, you wake up thinking about problems; and if you want to forget about the things that you have to do in the future, or the things about the past, you cant control your thoughts because you haven’t developed the mental strength to think only about the present moment.

What really matters in your life is not your ego, what really matters is how loving person you become in this process of life; what matters is who you become in the process.

Spiritually, you are an slave because this is probably the last area of your life that you are working to do something about it. The spiritual ideas that you have, have being imposed on you. If you were born in India, you are probably Hindu, if you were work in Israel you Christian, a Jew of a Islamic. If you were born in the United States of America, you are probably a Protestant, a Catholic, a Jew, etc. If you were born in China, you are probably a xyz. So your religion is determined by birth where you were raised. The religious ideas where imposed on you, you didn’t choose them, most probably you accept most of them, and it is very unlikely that you didn’t question them.

But still, 1% of this population that broke the financial slavery is not free mentally and spiritually.

The World is not fair.

Nothing is fair, there is not even justice in nature. One species is the food of another species. A whale eats smaller living organisms like fish, fish eat smaller living organisms like plankton. The bigger eats the smaller, this is not fair.

In some species of animals that socialize, there is the Alpha Male, it’s not fair that he was born with the best genes so is stronger, larger and sometimes more intelligent than his other mates. Since he is the Alpha, he is the leader, he has preferences, and the same thing happens with the Alpha Female. Then the Alpha Male and the Alpha Female mate, and because of their better genetic material, they most probably are going to have an spring that then becomes the Alpha Male or Alpha Female. The Alpha animals didn’t choose to be Alpha, they were just born more lucky, and this is unfair for the rest.

There is no justice, or fairness in any living kingdom. Some species are luckier than others, are born stronger, and few are the ones that dominate.

If you lived in the USA in the 1900, and you were born white, you were lucky compared to black people. If you were born into a middle class, you were lucky compared to a white person born in poverty. If your parents were intelligent, you had a better chances of acquiring good genetic material, so by inherited intelligence maybe you were more lucky than other white folks. But life is unfair, there is always somebody that was born with more luck, into a better family, taller, more beautiful, with more money, with better opportunities, with more natural intelligence.

Always, there are a lot of people that were born with better luck than you, that made their life’s easier. Life is not fair, and it was meant to be like this, because the purpose your life in this physical plane that we have to live in Earth is meant to be a super tough school, full of pre-imposed restrictions, so you can evolve to become free financially, mentally and spiritually.

You are here to experience a life full of restrictions and limitations. Even after all the difficulties and struggles, if you can re-wire your brain to become free, you pass the test and your life-force, your energize then has evolved. You have to graduate from this earthly complex context, doing so it’s very difficult, but is totally possible.

This is simply the way life is. This is why

In any country, the bigger business beats the smaller business. Walmart goes into any small town in the USA and closes all the small business. Very few small business have the correct business model that can compete against Walmart, but most of the small business go into a business battle were they don’t have any way to compete against Walmart, its and unfair battle, but that is the way life is.

Good News, Brain Plasticity!

Exciting news for those of us who suffer from anxiety and depression.

I have been reading a book called The Brain that Changes Itself, by Norman Doidge. The book tells us that far from being fixed, our brain has the remarkable ability to change its own structure and to compensate for even the most challenging neurological conditions. Scientists have a name for the brain’s ability to change itself and to rewire its nerves–neuroplasticity. («neuro» means «neuron» and plastic means «changeable, modifiable»).

For example, after a stroke, if one part of the brain experiences cell death, other parts of the brain can learn to take over the functions of the damaged area and perform its functions.

In a similar fashion, whatever brain chemistry goes awry with mental illness can also be changed. I know this not only from my own life, but from the hundreds of people in my groups who have healed from depression.

Thus, you are not determined by your genetics or by your past history.

You can adopt new beliefs.

You can develop new behaviors and habits.

You can strengthen your «psychological immune system» and learn new ways to respond to stress.

Through the tools that I and other mental health educators teach, you can learn to change your brain, and therefore change your life.

Here is an affirmation that sums up this good news. Feel free to use it to or to create your own.

I am not determined by my genetics or my past. My brain and mind are changeable. As I take the steps to make this happen, I create a new and more joyful life.

There is more to life than the world we have been sold.

The world that we have been sold is a world were you have to conform to society, you enter this rat race where you accumulate material things because the have sold you the incorrect idea that they are going to make you happy. Everyone is in the pursuit of happiness, but what we have been thought by the system to make us happy isn’t really what brings happiness.

We have been sold that we are our Egos. You are your Ego, your accomplishments, financial, intellectual, social; every accomplishment defines your worth. If you don’t accomplish a lot according to the standards of the people that surround you, you are a looser. If you accomplish more than the average accomplishment of the people that you surround you, you are a winner; and you might feel happier than them.

As Tyler Durden said in Fight Club, “It’s only after we’ve lost everything that we’re free to do anything.” What was he talking about? This is so much deeper than losing your job, your car, your money or your looks. This is about losing your ego! Without any past there is no pride, no fear, no insecurity, no judgments, no mental labeling and no emotional complex’s and thus, you can simply be! That being is the very essence of who you are. To achieve this state you need to bring your fullest attention to what you’re doing, to the very moment that you’re in, only then will you feel peace, aliveness and joy.

With no ego, there is no fear of failure! Your excuses and false rationalizations will go out the window. You will have empowered yourself by taking complete and absolute responsibility for everything in your life.

The truth, is that you have been lied. True happiness doesn’t come from the accomplishment that nurture the Ego. True happiness comes by becoming free of the Ego.

You are going to hear radical ideas about happiness.

The bigger the Ego that you have, the unhappier you are and the more risk you are at becoming miserable. If you want to become Bulletproof, you have to Bulletproof your happiness, to so, you have to get totally rid of the Ego. Having an Ego makes you weak, because the Ego is very sensible, its very fragile, your Ego can be one day in the highest place it can ever achieve, and in no time, it can loose that higher place, and when this happens, you feel unhappy.

For example, if you are a gold medalist, and you define your happiness by your accomplishment, then you are in your highest point when you win the gold medal in the Olympics. The Ego becomes an slave of vanity, of glamour. But what happens when you trained harder than last year to the point that you are better than last year, and another competitor with less resources to train, that comes from a poorer country wins the gold medal. Your Ego feels crushed, and so do you, because you are defined by your Ego. Since you are your accomplishments, and you didn’t accomplish, you are not worth a lot.

The way of the Ego is based on illusions, it’s a path of agony. Even when the Ego is given what it wants, it wants more, because nothing is enough. One day one thing is enough, as the day passes, the same thing inst enough, so it needs more. For example, you buy a new car, you feel well, but after some time, one neighbor buys the same car, you well undisturbed, then another neighbor buys a better car, you feel bad, one year passes and another neighbor buys an even nicer and better new car, you feel bad, so then your Ego decides that it needs a better car to feel better.

If the Ego doesn’t have material things, or if the Ego doesn’t have accomplishments, it feels insecure. The Ego needs symbols of success to feel better. Making him happy is only temporary on the long run because he is never going to be happy. As you can see, the way of the Ego is the worst way to happiness. Unfortunately, we have been sold to live in an Ego driven world. The governments, the corporations, the institutions are systems that perpetuate this way of living.

We all have been lied, we have been sold and illusion. We have had no control on what to think, on what to believe. At the schools no one talks about this themes, there is 99.99999% of probability that at your house your parents didn’t talk about this or make you question this. With your friends you don’t talk about this, at the school or at the university you don’t talk about this, at Church you don’t talk about this, in the television or in the radio you don’t hear about this, an neither in the news paper.

The culture that you have been brought doesn’t promote to question this things, the culture is designed to conform with the masses so you become part of the system.

Defining your self worth by your Ego is the fragile way of becoming truly happy. To Bulletproof your happiness, you have to have new concepts that define what makes you happy. Holding and working an Ego is the worst way to become happy. You have to invest in studying new belief patterns.

Changing your beliefs takes time, because rewiring the brain takes time. What you want to do is build a set of the corrects beliefs that lead to true happiness, so that when they are challenged, you automatically think in the correct way.

To be able to think effortlessly with correct ideas that bring happiness, you need discipline. Discipline is doing the things that you don’t like doing when you have to do them. Everyday you have to have the discipline of studying correct ideas and everyday you have to do the exercises. The correct ideas plus the exercises will re-wire your brain in a way that will make the achievement of happiness easier.

It is hard at the beginning, but then it becomes easier. Its like building a muscle. You first struggle 10 kilograms, but with this challenge, the body is stimulated to build more muscles fibers that allow you to lift 10 kilograms easier. But this process is slow, you need the discipline of doing the lifting, you have to eat the correct foods so you give the nutrients that your body needs to build extra muscle, you need to rest so your body is able to build the new tissue.

The same thing happens with your brain.

The Tao Te Ching.

The Tao was written 500 years before the Death of Christ. It was supposedly written by Lao-Tsé, which means old man. But it is believed that it was written by different philosophers because the text has many different writing styles.

When you read the Tao, it is very difficult to make sense of the sentences and the paragraphs, they simply don’t make sense. You cant understand the Tao intellectually, the way to comprehend is trough heightened awareness and feeling.

When you awaken, and you feel oneness with everything, when you feel the essence of all things, you cant put a name to this feeling, to this awareness.

To awaken your self, everyday you have to do a lot of exercises to develop inside your brain, the muscle of discipline.

This spiritual path to get into a higher awareness is not easy, and is not necessarily convenient. A lot of people that have come to the conclusion that they are here to evolve, and they know what they have to do to evolve don’t necessarily make it. This is not an easy path.

The Tao it’s a philosophy that doesn’t have any definitions. For example, if you are a person that lives in the united states and your height is 6.2 feet, you are of a normal height in the United States. If you go Bolivia, you are a tall person, but if you go to an African country like XYZ, you are a short person. So tacking this different scenarios, how can we define if you have a normal, tall or short height? To do so, we would have to define your height comparing it to others peoples heights. But in the Tao, we wouldn’t be able to define if you are tall, short or of a normal height.

The infinite being doesn’t have any definition. The Ego on the contrast is full of definitions, the Ego defines it self by my height, my body, my country, my family, my race, my people, my successes, my house, my material possessions, my clothes, my intelligence, my education, that is why I am separate from everybody else, that is why I am unique, that is why I am not everywhere.

The truth is that you are in fact, in essence, you are energy. The fact, the truth, is that everything that you see in this physical place in essence is energy. The fact is that you are energy, and since everything is energy, you are in fact, the same as everything. You are not separated of everything but You are part everything. You are not this illusion of separation and uniqueness that your Ego has created, you are not defined by your height, you are not your height, your body, your country, your family, your race, your people, your successes, your house, your material positions, your clothes, your intelligence, your education, you are not separated from everybody else, you are not unique, you are in fact energy and are part everything.

You are not your body, you are energy that came from the source that chose to live a body to experience restriction.

Since energy cannot be created or destroyed, but only changed or transferred, you are energy, and energy is eternal. Before coming to earth you were at source energy, and you decided to come here to feel restriction so you can evolve, you changed from one form energy vibration to another form of energy, that is experienced in a physical body.

You are eternal, you existed before coming here, you are existing now in a material form, and when you leave the earth plane, you will continue to exist. So you are in fact infinite. Of course, your Ego will not accept that you are infinite, and this is natural because you don’t have the neurological connections inside your brain to first accept as a concept that you are infinite, and second, the most important thing, to feel that you are truly infinite. If you build discipline, and everyday you do the exercises to re-wire your brain, you will be able to understand better as a concept that you are an infinite self and you feel experiment better. So don’t get discouraged if by the end of reading this book you don’t understand this concepts and don’t feel different, because understanding and feeling this concepts will take you years of daily disciplined work to build the neurological connections inside your brain. You have to work hard on your self to be able to evolve, its not an easy path.

Track 2, minute 11.

As you embark in this journey, your discipline muscle will get stronger and will allow you to become free, free from the pre-imposed fictions created by the culture that you live. For example, you will be able to set free from the fictional Ego that you have created.

Some people choose that to get rid of the Ego they have to get rid of every material possession that they own. That worked for them, and that will maybe work for you. This was the path of Buddha that was the rich Hindu prince that found out that he was not happy even thought he had all the women that he wanted, he didn’t need to work, he had all the material possessions that a person could have at his time, had palaces, clothes, everything. He got rid of everything because he didn’t care about the things he had. He felt empty on the inside. He found out that there is more to life than the life that he had been sold. He realized that he needed to go into a spiritual path to seek true happiness. He needed to feed his hungry spirit.

To become truly happy, you don’t necessarily need to get rid of everything that you own. You can keep everything that you own, but you need to get rid of your Ego.

You have to learn to detach. Detach from all emotions, the emotions of your family and friends, the emotions of the people around you, and detachment from your own emotions. If you learn to detach from your inner emotions, you are no longer a victim of what happening inside you.

Everyday you have to do exercises so you learn how to detach from all emotions.

Everyday you have to do exercises to learn how to observe your own reactions. How you react, you get to choose. The more control you have over your reactions, the more control you have. For example, if you are driving your car, and somebody cuts you off, and you react violently, you will continue to react like automatically, unless you begin to learn how to control your reactions. Life is about having control, not about reacting automatically with out control. Tacking control is not easy, but it is totally possible, it’s like a muscle, the more you train it, the more it grows.

If something happens to you, you get to choose how you are going to react to this things. Events are meaning less, you give the meaning to the events, and with practice, you can control the meaning you give to the events. Its not what happens to you, its what you do about it.

Its like you come out of your self, and you watch what is going on.

You have to become conscious of your own urges, observe the discussions you have with your self.

When you learn this and you improve, you are no longer a victim of your own inner world.

The Tao is a Chinese philosophy that was invented somewhere around 500 before Christ. The Tao philosophy its about detachment.

Negative energy is what makes us feel bad and unhappy. What really is happening, is that all negative energy that you experience comes from the Ego. When you have a negative experience, it’s a contradiction of the Egos opinion. So when you experience contradictions, you interpret this as if you had a negative experience. Inside your philosophy, you want to live an existence where you only want to experience nice experiences. In real life, its impossible to live and existence full of only nice experiences.

For example, you might be an excellent car driver, its Sunday, its one p.m., you are driving slowly, you are completely sober, you stop at the red light, and one car going at 100 miles per hour hits you in the rear part, the driver was drunk and didn’t see the red light. You did everything perfect, this was 100% not your fault, it is a negative experience, it is a contradiction of your Ego opinion that obviously make you feel very bad. The truth is that in the world, you are facing thousand of contradictions created by your Ego’s opinion.

In reality, all this pain that you feel, is self generated by you way of thinking, by the concepts that you hold in your brain. The Tao that teaches detachment it’s a philosophy where you don’t feel pain over this same circumstances. The Tao philosophy makes your happiness more Bulletproof.

In the Tao, there are no real absolutes. Its an illusion to say “we got to be rich, we got to be healthy, we got to live forever, we have to have good grades, we have to be popular, be have to be happy, we have to live until we are very old, we have to……..” Living a good quality of life of one short week is better than living 50 years of a bad quality of life.

You don’t have to become a terrorist or an anarchist.

You don’t need to change the world. You have probably felt your whole life that you don’t fit inn in this society; maybe since you were very young, you didn’t like a lot of things about this world, you realized at an early age of all the injustices and unfairness, and you dreamed about changing them. Maybe you read some materials about revolutionists like Fidel Castro, o el Che Guevara, and you dreamed about being an anarchist.

The reality is that you don’t need to change anything. You don’t need to fight against the system. You have to know reality, you have to accept reality, but you don’t have to battle against it. In the movie “The Matrix”, the human race is slaved by the machines, in the movie, Morpheus is one of the commandants leaders that fights against the machines. To the machines, he is anarchist and a terrorist, and in his battle, lots of people die. To be happy and evolve, you don’t need to become like Morpheus or like Neo, you don’t need to fight against anything.

The best way thing that you can do to help other people, is to evolve so your life force energy is so powerful, that it improves your surroundings. The world is like a completely dark room, to light the room, you only need one small match to do the difference. One small match lighted in a big room might not illuminate the whole room, but it will sure illuminate several square feels enough so you can clearly see what is surrounding you. You have to become an small match that creates a big impact in a lightless room.

There are millions of people like me, that at an early age, felt that we didn’t fit inn, that naturally had an elevated level of consciousness. If you were like this, then welcome to the club because fortunately, there are millions of us. The problem, is that most of us don’t know what to do, we only know that there is a system of control that has humanity slaved, we know that things are messed up, but only few of us know that the purpose of our existence in this physical earthly plane is to evolve.

This book is about that, about what to do so you can evolve, break free, and elevate your life force energy to the highest energy emotions that a person can feel, and this emotions are love and compassion; so when you leave this physical plane, your energy is so high that you move on to the next lesson of your personal growth. In this journey of self evolution, you improve your surroundings and leave them better than you found them.

The life in this earth plane is like a very difficult school, to graduate from this school you have to learn how to pass it. If you are successful at passing this difficult school, you are evolving.

I you feel you don’t fit in this world, it is better if you accept it.

Maybe all your life you have felt that you don’t fit. You feel like a weirdo, because you don’t follow the conventional things that your culture follows. For example, maybe you live in a country were people are soccer fanatics, and you feel that been a soccer fanatic its irrational. Maybe you live in a country where the Catholic religion is the predominant religion, but at an early age you decided that you didn’t like to have a religion and you became like a rebel with out a cause inside your family.

If you are like this, you have to realize that there are many people like yourself, there are many of us that don’t follow the conventional rules of the system. You don’t have to feel bad about it, you have to accept that you were born with a predisposition that made you become aware of the system of control that has the human race slaved.

You don’t have to change anybody, the only person that you have to try to improve is yourself, nobody else.

You came from source energy, and source energy is perfect. Since source energy is perfect and doesn’t experience any restriction, it wants to experience restriction; that’s why you came. You came to this physical world that is full of violence, full of injustice, full of sickness, full of dysfunctional people, to experience restriction. You have felt your whole life that there is more to life than what the world has sold you, and you have to realize that you came from source, to this physical reality to experience restriction, so you can evolve even do you have to face this complicated context.

To evolve, you have to accept the restrictions. The physical body is a restriction that ages every day that passes, so as time passes your journey towards evolution gets harder because by default, your body is designed to augment the restriction.

You have to understand where you come from, how you where and what you wanted when you where at the source. Now that you are here in the physical plane, you have to wake up, take awareness that you came here to experience restriction, you came here to evolve in this challenging place. If you are successful, you will come back to source with a much higher energy frequency.

Exercises.

This exercises will re-wire your brain, so you can access all the power that you have within you.

First, you have to review many times philosophical ideas that you find in this book. You have to study and memorize this concepts so they become part of you, so you internalize them and you automatically think like this. By having new concepts that give you a better metaphysical understanding, you will have the same understanding that very few people trough people have had.

If you do the exercises everyday, little by little, slowly, you will be able to access your more of your possible potential, you will activate more power that you didn’t know existed. You can turn your life into a happier experience, where things flow more easily, where life is not an struggle, but you finally become free. You can be very happy even if you are not free, but if you are truly free, it is much easier to be very happy.

Doing the exercises daily, will help re-wire how you see the world, the world outside will be the same, but your world inside is going to change. When you change the way you look at things, the things that you look change.

With you brain rewiring to free yourself from the limitations, you will be happier.

Doing the exercises is a journey that goes beyond enlightenment; this journey will make you evolve into a free human being that feels love and compassion for everything.

To awaken, to evolve, you have to do the exercises and you have to keep studying this types of ideas that will help you re-wire your brain in better ways.

Talk to money.

Talk to money and say nice things to it, like you are beautiful, thanks so much for everything, I love you, I am grateful, you are nice.

Congratulate the abundance in the world.

Look at the world, and see the abundance, when you see abundance, congratulate the abundance. Look at any person, and see in what he is abundant, and congratulate is abundance. Look at the abundance in all people. Look for what you would like to have from other people, congratulate them with out feeling envy.

If one of your friends gets promoted, congratulate them, and feel like you where the person that was promoted and is going to earn a lot more money. Don’t feel envy, feel happy as it has happened to you.

Feel very good before expending money.

Before expending any amount of money, a lot or little, feel very good when you spend it. If you feel bad, its difficult to attract more money. If you feel good, you are going to attract more money.

Make games where you spend 10,000 dollars in one day, and is normal for you to pay 10,000 dollars.

The uglier the nicer.

The uglier a person is, the nicer you are to them.

Flexibility exercises.

Invent more flexibility exercises so you learn how to more flexible, so you can change more easily of any plan. I you have one plan, and another plan comes, you can change the plan and nothing happens. If you house gets burn, nothing happens, you change from house. If you loose your job, nothing happens, its not the end of the world, you take another job.

Nothing bad happens, everything is all right, it is never the end of the world.

Try new things, new flavors of foods, new restaurants, new routes, new destinies, new cities.

Go to an ice cream shop, and try a new flavor.

Go to a convenience store, and try a new product, not the usual.

Go to a restaurant, and try a new dish.

Risk new things, nothing happens if you commit a mistake and you don’t like what you tried, you can have for all the rest of your life the same products, the same products, the same dishes, the same flavor, but life is richer than this, what if you can try new things; you teach your brain to take risks, to be more flexible, you don’t know what you might be missing.

Left Toe Technique.

http://www.recreateyourlife.com/free/

http://lefkoefreedomcourse.com/#

  1. First, notice that you are having an emotional response to an event. Notice the negative feeling you are having.
  2. The, notice the meaning you made up that produced the emotion. Notice the meaning that is producing the feeling.
  3. Then clearly distinguish between the events and the meaning in your mind. Distinguish between your feelings, the meaning you are giving te event, and the actual event in reality.
  4. finally, notice if the feeling dissolves or not. Notice how the feeling has changed.

Distinguish between the meaning and the events. There is a difference between a fact, and a fiction that you might create. The meaning you give to a fact(event) can be fictional, the meaning is in your head, not in the environment.

Panic Away.

Let the thoughts in. The more comfortable you can become with them, the better. These thoughts will never go away fully but what you can learn is to change your reaction to them.

By changing your reaction to the anxious thoughts you become free of them.

Once you establish a new way of reacting to the thoughts it does not matter if you have them or not. Your reaction is what defines the whole experience (and that applies to almost everything).

– Observe it.

– Label it (fear of whatever), then.

– Watch it as it passes by with no judgment.

– Then Move your attention on to what you were doing.

Observe, Label, Watch, Move on

When you are at a stage where you are comfortable doing the above exercise and you feel you are making good progress, then try this additional step: Actually invite one of your more regular fearful thoughts in. Call the fear to you, say you just want it to come close so you can observe it.

Visualization asking for forgiveness.

Make a list of people that you are resent full.

Visualize that you are in front of them, and you say to them, “please forgive me, I was wrong, I made a mistake, I acted incorrectly, I am not perfect and you are not perfect, thank you”, give them a hug, give them an smile, tell them that you love them.

You might say to yourself “no way I am going to say that I was wrong, that I was mistaken, I am not going to ask for forgiveness because I didn’t do anything wrong”, but the purpose of this exercise is no to make a point that you forgive them even do that you didn’t do anything wrong. Lets suppose that you are 100% no responsible for the problem, it doesn’t matter, still, you are going to ask for the forgiveness because the point of the exercise is for you to become so flexible, that you assume that you were wrong even do that you weren’t. This makes you more empathetic.

Now, you are going to take a piece of paper, and you are going to write the problem, the conflict from their point of view, you are going to break you paradigms and you are going to try to think why you might be wrong. This is very difficult, and the objective is not to actually believe their point of view, the objective is to just to try to give yourself a chance to think the things from their point of view.

Then, you are going to write all the things that you can thank them. “Thank you for teaching me this lesson.”

The hardest people that you have to deal with are actually your best teachers.

An then, you are going to forgive them, at the end you are going to make a process of forgiving them because they didn’t have their fault because they don’t know what they are doing and because they don’t have control.

What matters in life is your ability to forgive, you have to become a master at forgiveness. You have to become a master at feeling compassion to other people.

Learn to love unconditionally.

  • Learn to love unconditionally, you can love your children, your pet, your brother, your mother, your father, your grandmother, your grandfather, anybody that you love. Learn to feel love, and then transfer that emotion and feeling to yourself. Love yourself unconditionally. Learn to love people exactly the way they are, with out the need to change them.

That, I am that.

You have to become conscious that the physical world is not real. What you think is matter, is in fact energy.

Do the following exercise to become conscious that everything that you see is energy. During a whole day, repeat the following phrase, “that, I am that”. When ever you see anything, say “that, I am that”. Everything is energy, you have to become aware that you are energy, and since everything that surrounds you is energy, then you have to realize that you are like everything that surrounds you.

Rice at 4 a.m. and walk in silence in nature.

Repeat to your self, I am not a body I live in a body.

I am not my body, I live in a body. Repeat everyday, it may take you some days, some weeks, some months, maybe some years, hopefully, it may take you some days to realize that you are not your body, you are energy that lives in a body.

Exercises of elimination of things.

This exercises will help you re-wire your brain to become more of a minimalist. Less is more, more is less.

Your Possessions – Too many material possessions complicate our lives to a greater degree than we ever give them credit. They drain our bank account, our energy, and our attention. They keep us from the ones we love and from living a life based on our values. If you will invest the time to remove nonessential possessions from your life, you will never regret it. For further reading on this, consider Simplify: 7 Guiding Principles to Help Anyone Declutter Their Home and Life.

Your Time Commitments – Most of us have filled our days full from beginning to end with time commitments: work, home, kid’s activities, community events, religious endeavors, hobbies… the list goes on. When possible, release yourself from the time commitments that are not in line with your greatest values.

Your Goals – Reduce the number of goals you are intentionally striving for in your life to one or two. By reducing the number of goals that you are striving to accomplish, you will improve your focus and your success rate. Make a list of the things that you want to accomplish in your life and choose the two most important. When you finish one, add another from your list.

Your Negative Thoughts – Most negative emotions are completely useless. Resentment, bitterness, hate, and jealousy have never improved the quality of life for a single human being. Take responsibility for your mind. Forgive past hurts and replace negative thoughts with positive ones.

Your Debt – If debt is holding you captive, reduce it. Start today. Do what you’ve got to do to get out from under its weight. Find the help that you need. Sacrifice luxury today to enjoy freedom tomorrow.

Your Words – Use fewer words. Keep your speech plain and honest. Mean what you say. Avoid gossip.

Your Artificial Ingredients – Avoid trans fats, refined grain (white bread), high-fructose corn syrup, and too much sodium. Minimizing these ingredients will improve your energy level in the short-term and your health in the long-term. Also, as much as possible, reduce your consumption of over-the-counter medicine – allow your body to heal itself naturally as opposed to building a dependency on substances.

Your Screen Time – Focusing your attention on television, movies, video games, and technology affects your life more than you think. Media rearranges your values. It begins to dominate your life. And it has a profound impact on your attitude and outlook. Unfortunately, when you live in that world on a consistent basis, you don’t even notice how it is impacting you. The only way to fully appreciate its influence in your life is to turn them off.

Your Connections to the World – Relationships with others are good, but constant streams of distraction are bad. Learn when to power off the blackberry, log off facebook, or not read a text. Focus on the important, not the urgent. A steady flow of distractions from other people may make us feel important, needed, or wanted, but feeling important and accomplishing importance are completely different things.

Your Multi-Tasking – Research indicates that multi-tasking increases stress and lowers productivity. while single-tasking is becoming a lost art, learn it. Handle one task at a time. Do it well. And when it is complete, move to the next.

Exercise of breaking your comfort zone.

You don’t have to explain to anybody why you do the things that you do, exercise the liberty to act freely without explaining. For example, cut your hair a very crazy way, and if they say anything, you say, “I simple felt like it”. If you want to shave you head, shave it, if you want to have long hair, let it grow. Put some unusual piece of clothing, something that you would like to use, but are afraid of using because you fear the judgment.

Exercise of feeling what other people feel.

Try to constantly build empathy by feeling what other people feel, for example, do the same work other people do, like a taxi driver, a person that picks garbage, one day as a guard, one day in the jail.

Exercise of giving.

You have to learn to generous and give. One thing that you have to learn about giving, is to learn to give without having any expectation of receiving something. If you serve anybody, don’t expect people to serve you back. Learn to not expect people to say thank you. The idea is to become independent of the environment. The idea is that you have to feel good because of your intention of help, not because you did something and then you received a recognition(like a thanks) from other people.

If you want to eat food, the best way of having food is by giving food. If you make other’s eat, then you are going to eat.

According to Caroline Adams Miller, giving activates the same areas in the brain that are activated when you have pleasure like eating or having sex. So, every time you give, you feel very good because you are activating an area in your brain that generated pleasure. Giving generates pleasure, the more you give the better you feel.

Abundance is the amount of love that you give to humans, to man kind, animals, to the plants, to the world. Abundance is not what you receive. You might think that abundance of money is the amount of money that comes to your life, this is in fact one level of abundance, but there are higher levels of abundance. A higher level of abundance is when one gives.

An example, if you are starving for three days in a row, where you have eaten anything, and one person comes, and gives you one piece of bread, and there is another person by your side, would you share it? Most probably, not, and it is perfectly understandable because the context that you are is so hard, where your body, your biology is so starved that it craves for its survival so it would make sure that you survive, so you would not share it. So, in this context, you can say, you are not abundant.

Now lets look at another scenario, what if everyday you know you have food to eat. Can you say you have an abundance of food because everyday you have food to eat? And the answer is yes, you are abundant in food.

Now another scenario, what if everyday you know you have so much food to eat, that you don’t know what to do with so much food, so instead of letting it spoil, you beginning to give it away. So, in this context, how is more abundant, the person that hasn’t anything to eat in 3 days, the person that has food everyday, or the person that gives always part of his food because he has so much food everyday to eat? The answer is simple, the third person is the most abundant because he has not only enough for himself, but he also has for others.

Now, lets look at a fourth scenario, lets take the first person, the person that hasn’t eaten anything in three days, and by the third day he receives a piece of bread, he is near another person that he know that hasn’t received any food in three days, and he decides to give half of his bread, even do he doesn’t know how many days will pass until he receives a piece of bread. How abundant is he?

How is the most abundant person of these four persons? The most abundant person is the fourth person, because even do he is starving, and he doesn’t know when he is going to receive another piece of bread, he feels that even do he doesn’t have more than enough, he decides to share it because he feels much better by knowing that he has helped, than by having all the bread, this is truly abundance.

Abundance is giving even do you don’t have because you feel good by making others feel good.

A super abundance of love is not how much love you receive, its how much love you give because if you give so much love, it means that you are not hungry for love, you are so full of love that you want to share it.

So, if you want to be abundant, you don’t have to wait until you have accumulated anything. You can start being abundant right know by giving. Giving is abundance because you have so much, that you don’t need to receive, if you need to receive is because you are not abundant, its because you are lacking.

Here are some exercises that you can do, so you can begin to become abundant. This are exercises of kindness, to open you heart.

Exercise of giving cents.

Everyday, you can give cents to other people.

Exercise of picking up trash.

Everyday, pick one or two pieces of trash from any place that you are walking by. When you pick up the trash, don’t judge the person that threw the trash; its not their fault. When you pick up the trash, you don’t need anybody to see that you are serving the world. You have to learn to do things in anonymity.

Exercise of giving away your space.

Instead of fighting when another persona cuts you off in traffic, make an exercise of noticing when a person is in a rush, to give him your space with out expect him to thank you for doing this.

Please don’t confuse that by doing this exercises you will become a person that is easily abused by other people. The purpose of this exercises are to make you think in another way, of teaching you to notice simple everyday acts of who you can serve other people.

Exercise of no reaction.

Learn to not react, to opinion, no judgment, no criticism, no attachment.

Jane McGonigal says in her TED talk that there is a scientific study of the top 5 regrets that people that are going to day express:

  1. I wish I hadn’t worked so hard.
  2. I wish I had stayed in touch with my friends.
  3. I wished I had my self be happier.
  4. I wished I had the courage to express my true self.
  5. I wished I lived my life true to my dreams, instead of what others expected of me.

Post traumatic stress, now scientists know that a traumatic event doesn’t doom us to suffer indefinitely, instead, we can use it as an spring board to unleash our best qualities, and lead happier lives.

Top five things that people with post-traumatic growth say:

  1. My priorities have changed. I am not afraid to do what makes me happy.
  2. I feel closer to my friends and family.
  3. I understand myself better, I know who I am really know.
  4. I have a new sense of meaning of purpose in my life.
  5. I am better able to focus on my goals and dreams.

This 5 top things that people that have had post-traumatic growth say are funny because are the opposite of the top 5 regrets that people express before they are going to dye.

What seems to happen, is that people that have had traumatic stress and have dealt with it, have had post-traumatic growth and have realized what they really want in their lives.

Who do you get from trauma to growth? Is there a way to get all the benefits of post-traumatic growth without the trauma?

There are scientific validated activities that people can do to build 4 kinds of resilience, with having the trauma to do it!!!

First, don’t sit still, every moment you are moving, you are strengthening your lungs, brain, do you hands up.

Do your hands up.

Snap counting to 50.

Count from 100 to 0 by 7.

Look at baby animals.

A great way to boost resilience is gratitude, touch is even better. Shaking someone’s hand for 6 seconds dramatically raises the level of oxytocin in your bloodstream, oxytocin is the trust hormone.

There is scientific studies that say that when you boost these four resiliencies, Physical Resilience, Mental Resilience, Emotional Resilience and Social Resilience, live 10 years longer. You have to become Bulletproof physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially.

Heal your brain.

Smile more!

Physiology affects the inside, as in the outside, is in the inside. Smile more, it activates de pre frontal cortex. It makes you look more competent, it makes you more likable, it is very difficult to frown when someone smiles. Smiles are contagious.

Break everyday routines, try something new.

Try to break your daily routine, to become more flexible, everyday try something new. Go to a store, and buy a new product, taste something new. Go to a new restaurant, try a new dish, try a new route to work.
